Rental Policy

Prior to renting, we require that you agree to this rental policy and by submitting a reservation, you are verifying you have read and understand this policy and you are 21 years of age or older.  Please be aware that you are near the woods and pond.  There are the local insects including ticks, chiggers, spiders and mosquitos.

The lodge will only be rented to you for your private use.

Children are welcome, but must be closely supervised by an adult.  The hot tub, fireplace, pond, grill and fire pit can be dangerous to small children.

No pets allowed.

You are responsible for the lodge, including lost, stolen or damaged contents of the lodge during your stay.

Cypress Grove Lodge, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal contents of the guests at the lodge.

Cypress Grove Lodge, Inc. is not responsible for any action you or your guests do or take while staying at the lodge or on its grounds.

Smoking is not allowed in the lodge, guests will be charged for the removal of smoke odors at a minimum fee of $50.00 for the stay.

You are allowed up to eight people to stay at the lodge.  If we see that your have more guests without prior authorization, we will charge a $100.00 gathering fee.

Please observe the check in and check out time.  We have a short time to get the lodge ready for the next guest.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the hot tub during the stay, and Cypress Grove Lodge, Inc. is not responsible for any injury due to misuse of the hot tub or any other equipment located at the lodge.  You must be clean before getting into the hot tub and no oils, soaps or bubble bath can be used in the hot tub.  Absolutely no smoking while in the hot tub.  If you have misused the hot tub, you will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee or the repair bill. 

Cleaning Policy

Cleaning Policy includes:

-Wipe off counters, table, stove and rinse out sink,

-Wash and put away all dishes that you use including the coffee maker and microwave tray.

-Separate cans and glass from regular waste, put in labeled trash cans outside house.

-Put dirty towels in baskets in washroom, you do not need to strip the beds or wash the sheets and towels.

-Wipe up spills on floors and furniture.

You will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee if the lodge is left dirty and in disarray, be considerate and responsible.

Cypress Grove Lodge, Inc. reserves the right to change rental rates at its' discretion.

Cancellations must be made no less than 21 days prior to the reservation date.

Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the full amount due unless we are able to rent the lodge to others.

Cypress Grove Lodge, Inc. charges a $25.00 return check fee.
