Cypress Grove Lodge is located east of Cobden, about 12 miles south of Carbondale and 9 miles north of Anna.

From Carbondale, take Highway 51 south to the Village of Makanda, turning left off 51 onto Makanda Road. Go into village, crossing the railroad tracks, and turn right onto Old Lower Cobden Rd. Staying on blacktop about 3 miles (name changing to Shiloh Road at county line), turning left onto Heern Rd., 1st house on right.

From Anna, take Highway 51 north to Water Valley Rd., turning right. Travel to "Y" turning left onto Shiloh Rd., go approximately 2.5 miles, turn right onto Heern Rd., 1st house on right.

Cypress Grove Lodge is Located along the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail and just minutes from Giant City State Park
